Guiding Eyes for the Blind is an organization that changes lives - one pup at a time.

Please consider making a donation to support my Wag-a-Thon, a month-long virtual marathon I am participating in with my dog this May. Together we will complete an entire marathon all while raising funds and creating awareness for this cause that means so much to me.

Guiding Eyes for the Blind changes lives by connecting amazing people with extraordinary dogs. For individuals who are blind or visually impaired, a Guiding Eyes dog means freedom, confidence, and the opportunity to experience all of life's adventures - big and small. From Home Training to Special Needs to Running Guides and more, Guiding Eyes's pioneering programs are individualized to each student. Together, these dogs are paired with just the right student - and both their lives are forever changed.

You can be a part of this life-changing mission by making a donation today!

Our family became puppy raisers for Guiding Eyes for the Blind for the first time in 1996 when a black lab pup named Faulkner entered our lives. We went on to raise four more pups for Guiding Eyes. The pups became part of our family for almost 14 months until it was time for them to follow the next path in training toward their goal of becoming a guide dog .Meeting the graduates who received the pups we had raised (after their time spent training together at Guiding Eyes) was one of the most rewarding experiences that we shared as a family. They shared the importance of the bond and working relationship that they had formed with these very special pups.

Please give what you can, thanks.

Thank you for your support!
